·        pay per view in hotels

Ans.

The justifications for choosing the order of priorities to invest in Online TV Business are as follow:

For our online TV business we will target our main customer who access Internet. Facebook and Google are two website where we can target maximum numbers of customer’s because they spent lots of time accessing this websites. So through advertisement on those sites where we can find maximum internet user can help us to develop our Online TV business. So to invest on these sites are our first priority.

We can give second priority to the direct subscription of individuals (home based) customers. As we are moving with current trend by providing HD and 3D quality video we decided to invest in the home based customers through which we can gain revenue of business and compete with other companies providing same facilities.

We can also lock in suppliers (content producers) through a portal which provides offers for latest releases of movies and TV programme. As in here we provide latest updates and offers we can automatically gain our online TV business customers, so we decided to invest here less as compared to other option and gave this option as our third priority.

The last priority we gave to pay per view in hotels because this is not a best place to target customers. As per our view customers don’t have sufficient time to sit at one place and watch television in hotel. So we decided this as our last option.

2. Consider strategy definition process to arrive at your answer.
